With headquarters in the UK and additional offices in Singapore, our Lisbon office is an exciting new hub aimed at expanding our footprint and bolstering our team in Europe. As well as growing our London and Lisbon offices, we are set to open new offices in both Dubai and North America in Q1 2025.

Job Overview

We are excited to announce the creation of a new role within our Lisbon office as part of our growth strategy. As an Account Executive, you will support our team in driving client success and further expanding our operations in Europe. This is an opportunity to work closely with high-profile brands and projects in the golf industry, engaging with a dynamic market and leveraging creative marketing solutions to achieve client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with key accounts in the golf and sports sectors, ensuring their marketing objectives are met through tailored strategies and solutions.

Campaign Coordination: Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (PR, social media, paid media, etc.) for clients in the golf industry.

Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver creative content, including press releases, social media posts, and campaign materials.

Data and Analytics: Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring measurable ROI and continuous optimisation of strategies.

Media and Influencer and Partnership Engagement: Assist in identifying and working with relevant media and influencers and brand ambassadors in the golf space to amplify brand exposure.

Event Support: Help coordinate and manage client events, including product launches,, and other activations.

Market Understanding: Stay updated on trends in golf marketing and proactively propose ideas to enhance client success.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in account management, marketing, or communications, ideally within the sports or lifestyle sector.
  • Strong knowledge or passion for golf is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with high-profile clients.
  • A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and developing compelling narratives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team while also managing tasks independently.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Portuguese and other languages is a plus.
