Job Overview
We are excited to announce the creation of a new Account Manager, Earned & Paid Media position, aimed at strengthening GMS’s presence in the North American market. As an Account Manager, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to manage and execute media campaigns that align with their business objectives. This role will be pivotal in supporting the expansion of GMS’s earned and paid media services, while ensuring that client needs are met with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee earned and paid media campaigns for clients in North America, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.
Client Relations: Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and providing regular updates on campaign progress and results.
Media Strategy: Work with the Account Director to develop comprehensive media strategies, utilising a mix of PR, social media, content marketing, influencer outreach, and paid media.
Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, using data and analytics to provide insights and optimise media spend and creative direction.
Content Coordination: Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure the successful development of campaign materials, including press releases, social content, and advertising assets.
Partnership Development: Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other strategic partners to maximise earned media exposure for clients.
Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activities, and market shifts in the North American region to continuously improve client strategies.
Budget Management: Assist in managing media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI for clients.
Business Growth: Support the business development team in identifying potential new clients and opportunities in the North American market.
