With over 16 years in the golf industry, Leo joined GMS in 2023 after six years as Global Marketing Director at IMG’s Golf Course Services division, where he also led the expansion of the IMG Prestige network across EMEA and APAC. He previously served as Head of Marketing at London Golf Club and has delivered campaigns for major tournaments including the Volvo World Match Play Championship and the PGA Seniors Championship. A graduate in Marketing Management from IADE University in Lisbon, he is now Head of Destinations at GMS, overseeing the agency’s international portfolio of resort, destination, and tourism clients.
