Birchwood Park Golf and Country Club to Showcase Future at Open Weekends
Birchwood Park Golf and Country Club, a BGL venue in Wilmington, is inviting the public to two open weekends, showcasing the £5,000,000 development currently being undertaken at the club.
From the 23rd – 25th September and the 30th September – 2nd October, visitors will be able to tour the facility and see where all the exciting new developments will be, including the planned 25 metre swimming pool and extensive wellness facilities. Attendees will also be shown the plans and artist’s impressions of the development, giving a real sense of what the final product will look like.
“The renovations are well underway, and certain areas have already been completed and are open for use,” commented Melanie Drake, General Manager at Birchwood Park Golf and Country Club.
“All of the new and improved facilities are now starting to take shape, and we can’t wait for the project to be completed and the club to be fully operational,” Melanie continued.
The focus of the project is to transform the club into hub for health, wellbeing, and leisure activities in the local community, and the brand new main reception area and redeveloped golf shop that opened recently are already proving to be popular among those who visit the club.
“The responses from our members and visitors have been hugely positive, and the plans for the new facilities here at the Birchwood Park have already proved to be of great interest to the local community,” continued Melanie.
“Those who come to the open weekends will be given an insight into the future of the club, and have the opportunity to take advantage of fantastic membership offers available only to attendees.”
