Close House, a championship venue located 10 minutes from Newcastle City Centre and home to the 2017 British Masters, is offering golfers a special, limited group green fee rate this winter.

This exclusive offer of £201.70 per fourball comes after it was announced last month that Close House’s own affiliated tour star, Lee Westwood, would be bringing the event to the North East for the first time next September.

“The British Masters is the biggest golf tournament to have ever come to the North East, and we’re excited to welcome the brightest tour stars to our fairways next September,” commented Graham Wylie, owner of Close House.

“We want to celebrate this special date, and in what better way than to invite golfers to experience our championship venue for themselves,” commented Close House’s owner, Graham Wylie.

Wylie and his team have created one of the most stunning golf venues in the UK. World-renowned for its excellent courses and state-of-the-art facilities, Close House has already gained a reputation as a must-visit for golfers from across the globe and the whole world will be watching as the stars take to the north-eastern fairways next year.

Close House features two 18-hole courses; the Filly, which boasts stunning views of the River Tyne Valley in a challenging Parkland layout, and the championship Colt course, designed by Lee

Westwood and a firm feature in the UK Top 100 courses from almost the moment it opened.

A limited number of tee times will be available for fourballs to play the Colt Course at Close House for only £201.70 between Monday and Thursday after 10:30am.
