Howard Craft Named New General Manager at Ramsdale Park Golf Centre
Ramsdale Park Golf Centre, a BGL Golf venue, announces that Howard Craft has been appointed new General Manager of the Calverton based leisure destination.
Craft joined BGL Golf, who own and operate 9 other venues across the country, in 2010 as a Deputy Course Manager in Hertfordshire. He has since graduated through the firm’s Management in Training programme, honing his skills as interim General Manager at two other BGL venues before joining Ramsdale Park.
Craft succeeds long standing General Manager Nick Birch, and has promised to continue the friendly, all-embracing nature of the Centre while reaffirming its close ties with the local community.
“Ramsdale Park already has a strong contingent of members and visitors, but we’re very keen to welcome other facets of our community to the Centre,” said Craft.
“Through our fantastic Short Course, Adventure Golf facilities and other amenities, I believe we offer individuals and families the perfect solution to enjoy the game of golf in a form that doesn’t place too many demands on their time.”
As well as the fantastic golf facilities on offer, Ramsdale Park will continue to provide the local community with a genuine leisure destination and the Centre has a host of events in the pipeline, including a Beer and Cider Festival, supported by the Parish Council.
Furthermore, the venue will continue to strengthen its ties with local business through the development of its Local Business Club Membership.
