Golf Genius, the world’s leading supplier of tournament management solutions, has continued to develop its international network by agreeing to a three-year partnership with the Singapore Golf Association.

From January 2020, all Singapore GA tournaments will be powered through Golf Genius’ tournament management software, aligning the organisation with many of the game’s leaders across the Asia-Pacific region and around the globe.

An enhanced tournament experience including starting with smoother entry processes through to live scoring through mobile devices and live leaderboards, Singapore Golf Association aim to deliver world class events for all their players.

Spectators and off-site viewers will be able to see real time scoring for players in events improving the connection from players to online viewers. In an ever-growing junior participation sector of the game this is especially key for parents wanting to follow the progress of their children.

Commenting on the new partnership, Jerome Ng, General Manager, Singapore GA said: “This is a very exciting step for the organisation, and I am confident that Golf Genius’ industry-leading software will enhance the quality and efficiency of our golf tournaments.”

Trusted by the USGA and operating in over 40 countries worldwide, the Golf Genius product has saved time and eliminated hassle for players, tournament organisers and sponsors.

The cloud-based service combines the best features of the traditional golf experience with highly innovative cloud-based and mobile technology, which adds up to a better user experience for players, administrators and fans of the sport.

In addition to becoming the organisation’s preferred tournament management software solution, Golf Genius will look to help clubs in Singapore drive increased participation via enhanced golf events and a range of bespoke player engagement solutions.

The Singapore Golf Association and Golf Genius have also agreed to collaborate with the suppliers of the CHS, Singapore’s handicap network, to instantly request daily handicaps and post scores with the click of a button, increasing the efficiency of golf clubs under the new World Handicapping System set to launch in Singapore in 2020.
